We are looking for Content Writer.
Role Description: Knowledgebase Content Writer
The Knowledgebase Content Writer plays a key role in delivering structured, accurate, and timely knowledge content to support internal teams and customer-facing platforms. This role focuses on consolidating information and data pointsprovided by the Core Knowledge Teaminto standardized content templates. The primary responsibility is to transform raw inputs into clear, usable knowledge articles that follow pre-defined formatting and editorial standards.
All content creation follows a template-driven approach to ensure consistency across the knowledgebase. The writer does not need to originate content independently but is responsible for accurately assembling and phrasing the material based on inputs from subject matter experts and internal documentation.
Task management and coordination are handled via Microsoft Planner. It is the responsibility of the Knowledgebase Content Writer to keep Planner tasks up to date, including maintaining task status and due dates. The writer also uses Planner to raise questions, highlight missing information, or flag issues to the Core Knowledge Team.
Progress is reviewed and blockers are discussed in weekly coordination meetings with the Core Knowledge Team. These meetings serve as a forum for alignment, issue resolution, and ensuring timely delivery of knowledge articles.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating structured knowledgebase content based on supplied data points and templates
- Ensuring clarity, consistency, and adherence to editorial and formatting standards
- Updating and maintaining task progress and deadlines in Microsoft Planner
- Raising clarifying questions or blockers in Planner to the Core Knowledge Team
- Participating in weekly coordination meetings to track progress and resolve issues
This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong writing skills, and the ability to follow structured workflows. While the role is not responsible for generating original content, it plays a critical part in ensuring that accurate and well-structured knowledge is made available in a timely and consistent manner.
