Senior Support Technical Consultant (NAV/BC)
Key Responsibilities:
Consulting covering all aspects; including support, analysis, development, implementation, and training of end users utilising primarily Dynamics NAV/Business Central
Technical skills including programming in AL code, setup & installation
Business and process analysis
Documenting as-is and to-be within accurate and detailed scoping documents
Liaising with clients act as a point of communication
Quality Assurance & Documentation
Knowledge and Expertise:
Over 10 years Dynamics NAV consultancy experience
Warehouse Business Operations knowledge is an added advantage
Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central
Strong programming skills
Experience of working on support / full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics
NAV/BC
Excellent communication (Spoken English) and problem-solving skills
Excellent understanding and knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics NAV modules
Microsoft SQL Server understanding
Azure administration understanding
Ability to create high quality functional documentation and strong requirements gathering
skills.
