Job Description:

We are seeking a Technical Lead with strong expertise in Talend, SQL, Snowflake, and AWS to lead and deliver enterprise-grade data integration and transformation solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in data engineering, leading technical teams, and implementing scalable cloud-based data platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end data integration and ETL/ELT solution design using Talend.
  
• Architect and implement scalable data pipelines and workflows on AWS.
  
• Oversee development and deployment of data solutions on Snowflake cloud data warehouse.
  
• Guide a team of data engineers and testers in the delivery of high-quality data products.
  
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data architects, and analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  
• Optimize SQL queries for performance and accuracy across large datasets.
  
• Ensure adherence to data security, governance, and quality best practices.
  
• Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering standards across the team.
  

Required Skills:

• Talend: Strong hands-on experience with Talend Data Integration or Talend Big Data platform.
  
• SQL: Advanced proficiency in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries.
  
• Snowflake: Experience with Snowflake data warehouse, schema design, and data loading techniques.
  
• AWS: Proficient in AWS services such as S3, Redshift, Lambda, Glue, EC2, etc.
  
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL frameworks, and data pipeline orchestration.
  
• Excellent communication, team leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
