Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Required Skills:

57 years of hands-on experience with Apache JMeter in performance testing.
Strong knowledge of JMeter plugins, timers, pre/post processors, samplers, and listeners.
Proven experience in distributed load testing environments (multi-node JMeter architecture).
Good understanding of HTTP/S protocols, APIs (REST/SOAP), and web technologies.
Ability to analyze logs, monitor system behavior, and identify performance bottlenecks across web tiers.
Strong experience in test scripting, parameterization, correlation, and assertion logic.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, Maven, or similar.
Experience with test data management and dynamic data injection.
Solid debugging and troubleshooting skills in performance test scenarios.

Desirable (Nice-to-Have):

Exposure to SAP GUI scripting or Citrix application testing (not mandatory).
Experience using tools like Grafana, InfluxDB, Prometheus, or Dynatrace for monitoring.
Familiarity with BlazeMeter, OctoPerf, or cloud-based performance test platforms.
Knowledge of scripting languages (Groovy, JavaScript, Python, or Shell).

Soft Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication.
Independent thinker with ability to own projects end-to-end.
Ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments with cross-functional teams.
