Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Design, build, and automate a scalable non-premise VMware-based infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible.
• Write automation and integration scripts using Python and PowerShell.
• Configure and manage PostgreSQL databases as part of the infrastructure setup.
• Integrate VMware infrastructure with Active Directory for identity and access management.
• Create CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployment processes.
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot virtual infrastructure environments.
• Document architecture, processes, and best practices.

Preferred candidate profile

• Total Experience - 4 to 6 years
• Strong experience in DevOps and CI/CD implementation
• Proficient in Linux
• Proven experience with VMware vSphere / ESXi / vCenter environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and Ansible for infrastructure automation.
• Strong experience of coding and script using PowerShell.
• Must have experience with Jenkins, management and extensions with other CI platforms and tools.
• Responsible for enabling teams through automation using Jenkins pipelines.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL databases.
• Deep understanding of Active Directory integration and authentication mechanisms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
