Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Required Skills:

57 years of hands-on experience in Micro Focus LoadRunner (or Performance Center).
Strong expertise in scripting using Web (HTTP/HTML) and TruClient protocols.
Solid understanding of correlation, parameterization, and think time modeling.
Experience in building and managing large-scale performance test scenarios.
Strong analytical skills in LoadRunner Analysis and ability to interpret graphs (TPS, latency, CPU/memory usage).
Deep understanding of web architecture, session management, and server-side performance.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD integration tools (Jenkins, Git, etc.).
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills during test script creation and execution.

Desirable (Nice-to-Have):

Exposure to SAP GUI and/or Citrix protocols in LoadRunner scripting.
Experience in monitoring tools (e.g., SiteScope, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana).
Familiarity with Performance Center or LoadRunner Enterprise.
Scripting knowledge in C (VuGen), JavaScript (TruClient), or Shell/Python for test automation.

Soft Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and lead test execution efforts.
Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional technical teams.
