Job Description

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills to identify issues and determine their root causes.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness in testing.
  • Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills to document test cases, report bugs, and collaborate with team members.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team environment and coordinate with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Time Management and Organization: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Internships or Projects: Practical experience through internships or academic projects in manual testing.
  • Participation in Relevant Workshops or Training: Any hands-on workshops or training sessions focused on manual testing practices.
  • Basic Understanding of User Experience (UX) Principles: Knowledge of basic UX principles to identify usability issues.
  • Familiarity with Accessibility Testing: Understanding of accessibility standards (like WCAG) and how to test for them.
  • Basic Knowledge of Mobile Testing: Understanding the nuances of testing on mobile devices, including different operating systems (iOS, Android) and screen sizes.
    • We want Quality Analysts who are proficient in Manual Testing.
