As a 3D Graphics Web Developer with WebGL experience, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field. Key skills for this role include experience with WebGL and hardware-accelerated 3D rendering, as well as proficiency in using the three.js JavaScript library to create 3D graphics applications for the web. Additionally, experience with the three.js model loader components, specifically GLTFLoader, and familiarity with the glTF ecosystem and glTF extensions, particularly EXT_meshopt_compression, are nice to have. Experience in writing custom shaders and rendering effects for three.js is also a plus.
