Job Description
- You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust .NET applications using C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core. Your role will involve developing APIs, integrating third-party services, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. It is essential to write clean, efficient, and testable code while troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing existing applications for scalability and performance. You will also contribute to the deployment process, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems like Git, staying updated with the latest technologies within the .NET ecosystem. Working with PostgreSQL databases, including writing complex queries and optimizing performance, will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Utilizing Entity Framework to design and manage the database schema, ensuring seamless data operations, is also crucial. Collaboration with cross-functional teams in an Agile/SCRUM environment to deliver high-quality features and efficient task management using JIRA will be expected for timely delivery and clear communication. Requirements for this role include 3-5 years of experience in .NET application development, proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, RESTful APIs, and Entity Framework. Database knowledge with PostgreSQL or other relational databases, familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or frameworks like Angular, and a strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns are essential. Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is preferred, along with excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Soft skills required for this position include strong communication and teamwork abilities, the capacity to manage multiple tasks and deliver within deadlines, and a passion for learning and adapting to new technologies. Preferred skills for this role include knowledge of Wealth Management or Financial Services domain.,
