As a Management Trainee at Genpact, your responsibilities will include overseeing the daily operations of the AP department to ensure efficiency and accuracy. You will play a proactive role in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and submitting them for client approval. Additionally, you will provide training and mentorship to junior members of the AP team, lead month-end and year-end closing activities, ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of accounts, and respond to audit inquiries with necessary documentation. Qualifications we seek in you: Minimum Qualifications: - Graduate in Commerce - Strong English language skills (verbal and written) Preferred Qualifications/ Skills: - Proficiency in accounting software (SAP) is preferred - Strong Excel skills and experience with financial analysis This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, India. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
