As a Process Developer at Genpact, you will work across various categories, requiring you to demonstrate a broad range of category knowledge and the ability to work dynamically and flexibly with subject matter experts (SMEs). Your responsibilities will include conducting spot buy negotiations, performing compliance checks, maintaining a thorough understanding of client processes and policies, showcasing a strong work ethic, collaborating with SMEs to achieve project goals, and providing category expertise and guidance to internal stakeholders. Qualifications we seek in you: Minimum qualifications: - Any graduate degree or equivalent with a strong academic record. - Good communication and analytical skills. Preferred qualifications: - Previous experience in Procurement & Sourcing. - Effective probing skills and analyzing/understanding skills. - Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach, demonstrated proficiency in written English with a neutral English accent. - Ability to work on a flexible schedule. - Strong attention to detail. - Basic Excel & PowerPoint skills.
