Were hiring experienced professionals for an International Email Support role. Must have 3+ years of experience in handling global customers via email/chat with excellent written communication skills. The role involves managing multiple conversations simultaneously, working in rotational shifts (any 9 hours between 9 AM to 10 PM), hybrid model, 6 days working with Sunday fixed off. Strong Excel knowledge is a plus. Domestic support experience will not be considered.
