Job Description

JD for CPQ BA

Total 7-10 years of experience

Should have 3+ year of experience with Salesforce CPQ or any other CPQ

Should be able to configure a Salesforce CPQ system on their own.

Should have a very good understanding of CRM & CPQ business processes accounts, contacts, products, pricings, discounts, approvals, opportunities, quotes, proposals, contracts & orders.

Should have exposure to Sales, & Communities cloud

Should be able to interact with client business & IT and collect requirements.

Should be able to do a fit gap analysis of requirements with Salesforce CPQ product.

Should be able to test a developed CPQ solution with other systems.

Should be able to lead a SIT & UAT

Should be able to train the business users on newly developed solution.

Should be able to write user stories, design, create wireframes and acceptance criteria.

Should be able to conduct sprint demos and resolve any queries

Should be excellent with oral & written communication.

Salesforce CPQ certification is preferable
