Understanding the customer requirement accurately.
Helping customer find suitable profiles keeping in mind their requirements.
Delivering quality service to paid members and working closely to maintain a good rapport with them.
Searching, screening, short listing, establishing contact, initiating meeting between members, and creating success stories
Managing a set portfolio of customers with robust follow up
Revenue Generation through prospect acquisition and renewal retention
Managing the service Matrix and Quality Score
Maintaining Weekly & Monthly Reports
Skill and Competencies
Excellent command over English language, fluency in the regional language, proactiveness, listening skills, service orientation.
Punctuality & Presentation skills
High Emotional quotient, Persuasion Skills
Ability to read/interact to understand the client requirements.
