Job Description
Position 1: Real Estate Sourcing Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and source residential or commercial properties for acquisition based on company strategy.
- Build relationships with real estate agents, wholesalers, brokers, and sellers to generate consistent deal flow.
- Analyze market trends, property data, and financials to evaluate investment potential.
- Coordinate with internal analysts, legal, and acquisitions teams to vet and prioritize opportunities.
- Negotiate initial terms and letters of intent (LOIs) with sellers and agents.
- Maintain a pipeline of off-market and listed opportunities in target markets.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in real estate sourcing, acquisitions, or brokerage.
- Strong market knowledge and property valuation skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building ability.
- Understanding of real estate investment metrics (ROI, cap rate, ARV, etc.).
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field preferred.
Position 2: Real Estate Closing Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the closing process for real estate transactions from contract to close.
- Collaborate with title companies, attorneys, lenders, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate closings.
- Review contracts, purchase agreements, and closing statements for compliance and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot title, escrow, or financing issues that may delay closings.
- Track transaction progress, document deadlines, and maintain organized deal files.
- Provide status updates to leadership and stakeholders throughout the closing process
