Job Title: SAP BASIS Consultant (L1 Support) Immediate Joiner Pune

Location: Pune (Onsite)

Job Description:

We are actively looking for a SAP BASIS L1 Consultant with hands-on experience in Java systems, HANA DB, and production support. This is a hot and immediate requirement, ideal for professionals who thrive in dynamic, rotational shift environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle SAP BASIS L1 support activities across SAP landscapes
  
• Manage and troubleshoot Java-based SAP systems
  
• Strong experience working with SAP HANA DB
  
• Proficient in troubleshooting alerts, performance issues, and user/system-related errors
  
• Ability to interpret and act on alert emails and notifications effectively
  
• Perform routine system health checks, backups, and monitoring tasks
  
• Ensure smooth system operations during rotational shifts
  

Must-Have Skills:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP BASIS L1 support
  
• Good exposure to HANA database management and monitoring
  
• Knowledge of Java stack and NetWeaver systems
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Excellent communication should be able to clearly explain alerts and actions taken
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Solution Manager, SUM, and SPAM/SAINT tools
  
• Knowledge of incident and change management processes (ITIL)
