Job Description

Role : Domestic IT Recruiter

Location : Noida (WFO)

Experience : 2+Years

Key Responsibilities:

Understand job requirements and source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
Must have experience on contract staffing.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
Negotiate salary and close candidates effectively.
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for domestic IT roles
