Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and skilled UX Developer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in UX principles, design thinking, and user-centered design with a proven ability to balance user needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly interfaces for digital platforms.
- Translate user research and business requirements into personas, wireframes, customer journeys, service blueprints, and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Facilitate and conduct Design Thinking workshops to uncover insights and generate design ideas.
- Apply user-centered design processes, incorporating both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to iterate and refine design solutions.
- Validate design hypotheses with real users and adapt based on feedback.
- Maintain and follow established design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
- Understand and apply the appropriate UX approaches (Agile UX, Lean UX, Traditional UX) based on the project context.
- Ensure implementation feasibility through close coordination with developers.
- Perform usability testing and incorporate findings to improve the user experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience (3.56 years) in UX Design, Usability, and Product Design.
- Expertise in creating wireframes, user flows, and interaction design guidelines.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating interactive UI/UX designs, visual storytelling, and responsive layouts.
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and animation.
- Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Experience with infographics and information architecture.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an empathetic approach toward users.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in usability testing and interpreting analytics/data to inform design decisions.
- Prior work in fast-paced Agile environments.
