Role & Responsibilities:

• Source IT candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and job boards
  
• Perform resume screening and shortlist relevant profiles
  
• Use Boolean search and sourcing techniques to build strong pipelines
  
• Coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders
  
• Maintain accurate candidate tracking records
  

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment (freshers can apply)
  
• Comfortable using online sourcing tools and remote collaboration tools
  
• Strong communication skills and internet access to work remotely
  
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and eager to learn
