Security Officer @ Leading Client

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate security activities at Vapi and Dadra plants facilities, ensuring the safety and security of employees, visitors, and assets.
• Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to mitigate risks and maintain a secure working environment.
• Lead and manage a team of security personnel, including scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Foster a positive and professional work environment, promoting teamwork and accountability.
• Utilize security systems and technologies to monitor, Vapi plants premises for any suspicious activities or security breaches.
• Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, conducting investigations and reporting findings.
• Implement and manage access control systems, ensuring that only authorized personnel have access to restricted areas.
• Regularly review and update access lists to align with organizational requirements.
• Develop and oversee emergency response plans, conducting regular drills to ensure preparedness for various scenarios.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential security vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with other departments to address security concerns related to processes, infrastructure, or personnel.
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of security incidents, investigations, and activities.
• Prepare and submit reports to management regarding security performance and improvements.
