Job Description
- Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Beauty Advisor for our Ahmedabad location. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty and skincare products and a flair for marketing and event coordination. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assess their beauty needs
- Demonstrate and promote skincare, cosmetics, and personal care products
- Offer personalized product recommendations
- Participate in marketing activities and events to boost product visibility
- Maintain product displays and cleanliness at the counter
- Provide personalized product recommendations based on skin type and preferences
- Build customer loyalty through professional and courteous service
- Report daily sales and customer feedback to the supervisor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of beauty and skincare products
- Basic sales techniques and target orientation
- Good grooming and presentation
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Regional language fluency is a plus
- Prior experience in beauty retail or cosmetics preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of skincare and cosmetic products
- Basic understanding of sales techniques
- Pleasant personality with good grooming and presentation
- Regional language fluency will be an added advantage
- Salary: 15,000 to 20,000 per month (based on experience)
