Job Description:

• 5+ years of total experience with at least 4 years as a dedicated Scrum Master;
• Solid understanding of SDLC - Agile principles, ceremonies, and backlog management;
• Proven experience facilitating sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily standups;
• Ability to identify and remove impediments while fostering team collaboration;
• Experience working with tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
