Job Description

DevOps or Sys Eng, Assist in Genesys Cloud CX config, Architect flows, Data Actions, and integrations. Support Voice AI (Dialogflow, Lex) in IVR Maintain CI/CD, troubleshoot issues, script automation, manage monitoring tools, and document deployments

Required Candidate profile

Basic knowledge of Genesys Cloud CX or contact center platforms. Exposure to Voice AI (Dialogflow/Lex), Git, scripting, Linux, and cloud (AWS/Azure). Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic setup
