Job Description
iRely is seeking a Business Analyst to join its Product Development Team and drive enhancements for the Accounts Receivable module of our enterprise software.
Location: Bengaluru
Hybrid model(Now weekly 3 Days work from office)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead enhancements for the Accounts Receivable (AR) module of our software. This role involves requirements gathering, solution design, and collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-impact features.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document requirements from customers and stakeholders.
- Conduct business process reviews and propose effective solutions.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and SOWs.
- Drive the design and delivery of AR module features, ensuring quality outcomes.
- Support pre-sales, implementations, and conduct product demonstrations.
- Maintain a product roadmap, aligning features with customer and market needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in UAT.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst in software product development (ERP/financial applications preferred).
- Expertise in Accounts Receivable processes (invoicing, cash management, collections).
- Knowledge of accounting principles; exposure to forex/international trade is a plus.
- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with MS SQL and Jira (preferred).
- High ownership attitude with the ability to work independently and in teams.
