Nurture and grow franchisee allocated with support of team of direct reportees.
Key objective being growth in New Business and retaining existing business while ensuring adherence to quality standards and process, policies and guidelines defined by CHOICe.
As an RSM individual will own the span of Branches and Regional offices in defined territory.
He/she will be responsible for increase in Franchisee size by ensuring increase in number of Licensed Branch Staff and motivating convincing and influencing them to offer life insurance solutions to their customers for their financial needs.
To achieve this he/she will need to understand channel dynamics in given territory and formulate strategies for garnering support and buyin from channel partner.
RSM is also responsible for maintaining relationship with Senior management at Circle/Region offices and support his counterparts with CO/RO support for branches in their span.
