Job Description
Job Summary:
The Senior Manager RPA will lead, design, develop, and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to improve the efficiency, productivity, and quality of business processes across various departments. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors to deliver end-to-end automation solutions, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and optimal performance. Additionally, this role will include managing product support and leading the RPA team to ensure smooth operational continuity.
Roles & Responsibility:
- RPA Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute the RPA strategy aligned with the company's digital transformation goals. Lead the RPA Center of Excellence (CoE) to drive automation adoption and innovation across business units.
- Project Management: Lead end-to-end RPA projects, from requirement gathering to deployment. Manage multiple RPA initiatives and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Process Automation Design & Development: Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities. Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using leading RPA tool
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business leaders to define automation requirements, set expectations, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of RPA developers and product support staff, ensuring they are aligned with project goals. Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and performance evaluations. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and improvement.
- Product Support: Oversee the support and maintenance of RPA solutions, ensuring that deployed bots function seamlessly in production. Provide ongoing troubleshooting and resolve any issues promptly, minimizing downtime. Ensure the automation solutions meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- RPA Governance & Best Practices: Establish RPA governance policies and guidelines to ensure standardized and compliant automation development. Ensure the RPA solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor the performance of deployed RPA bots, ensuring they meet KPIs. Conduct regular reviews and optimize bots for improved efficiency.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualification & Skills Education: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience: 6-8 years of experience in process automation, with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in development and implementation.
- Proven experience in leading projects, preferably in the insurance or financial services domain.
- Strong understanding of frameworks, architecture, and methodologies.
- Hands-on expertise in programming languages like Python, Java.
- Knowledge of AI/ML integration with RPA is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices is advantageous.
- Excellent troubleshooting and product support skills.
