Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced AVP Sales with deep expertise in end-to-end sales of customized IT solutions within the Banking sector. The role will focus primarily on account farming (80%) and cross-selling, while also contributing to new business acquisition (20%). The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing strategic banking clients, with a proven ability to grow accounts, develop tailored solutions, and manage a team of 2 sales professionals.
