Job Description: International Voice Process - Customer Support Associate


We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as an International Voice Process - Customer Support Associate. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our international customers, providing excellent support and resolving their queries via phone.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about our products or services.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing clear, concise, and friendly communication.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: A graduate degree is mandatory. We are specifically looking for candidates with a BA, BBA, BMS, BCOM, BHM, or BHMS.
  • Experience: This position is open to freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience in a customer support or call center environment.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
  • Customer-Focused: A strong passion for helping people and a positive attitude.
  • Technical Proficiency: Basic computer knowledge and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.

Working Conditions:

Shift: This is a 5-day rotational shift position. Candidates must be willing to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
