• Education Qualification- Any Graduation (6 Months of Experience can also apply)
• Work Location: Pranava's One Building 5th Floor
• 5 Days Working (Rotational Week Off)
• Pure dayshifts only.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls and provide information.
• Explaining about products.
• Handling calls related to quires, survey and feedback.
• Handling enquiry and service calls.
• Have to solve the queries or the problems of the customers.

Eligibility Criteria: -1. English and good communication skills in Hindi Kannada, Malayalam and Tamil (Any One Language)

2. Only Experienced can apply

.3. Voice process experience in any domain

.4. Candidate should be willing to work from office.

5. Immediate Joiners preferred.

6.No cab facility.Interview Venue- Pranava's One Building 5th floor Opp: Irrum Manzil Metro Station.
