Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Testing Analyst to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with expertise in testing and quality assurance.
Roles and Responsibility:
- Conduct thorough testing of banking applications and systems to ensure they meet required standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and cases to cover all aspects of banking products and services.
- Analyze test results and report defects to the development team for resolution.
- Participate in agile development methodologies and contribute to improving overall testing efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve testing processes.
Job Requirements:
- Strong understanding of banking operations and regulations.
- Proficient in testing tools such as JIRA and SQL.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycles and testing methodologies.
- Experience working in an agile environment with continuous integration and delivery.
