Job Description

Work Location: Chennai & Haryana
Salary: 25,000 35,000 per month
Experience: 2 to 6 years

Food& Accommodation available
Qualification:

Must have: B.E. Civil or Diploma in Civil Engineering

Job Responsibilities:

Perform quality checks and testing of raw materials (cement, aggregates, water, admixtures) used in RMC production.
Ensure concrete mixes meet specified quality and strength requirements.
Conduct slump tests, cube tests, and maintain quality records.
Monitor batching plant operations and ensure adherence to approved mix designs.
Coordinate with production, site, and client teams for quality-related issues.
Maintain calibration records of lab equipment.
Ensure compliance with ISO, IS codes, and internal QC standards.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.

Desired Candidate Profile:

2 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Ready-Mix Concrete quality control.
Strong knowledge of IS codes related to concrete.
Familiarity with site coordination and technical documentation.
Willingness to relocate or travel between Chennai & Haryana as needed.
