Job Description
- As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at KS Oils, you will be responsible for overseeing and controlling all strategic, operational, and business aspects of the company in the Edible Oil Industry. With over 15 years of experience, including at least 5 years at a CEO or similar level, you will lead the oil production plant headquartered in Delhi/NCR with plants in Kota, Guna, Gwalior, Morena, and Ratlam. Reporting to the Group CEO and the Board of Directors, you will be in charge of the P&L, strategic direction, and vision for success. Your expertise in Edible Oil manufacturing should be extensive, covering mustard oil, soyabean oil, and palm oil, along with a solid understanding of business planning, regulatory issues, supply chain, marketing, and plant operations. A degree in B. Tech in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or M. Sc. in Chemistry is required from a renowned university or college. Key responsibilities include managing the P&L, ensuring high efficiency and quality in Edible oil production, developing business strategies aligned with short-term and long-term objectives, leading and motivating subordinates, overseeing all operations, analyzing financial reports, and providing solutions for company growth. Your analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication will be critical in this role.
