Job Description
Position: Corporate Recruiter
Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad (Onsite)
Shift Timing: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM IST Mid Shift
Experience:1-3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Plan and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for technical and non-technical roles.
- Proactively source and engage candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social platforms, and referrals.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline aligned with business goals.
Employer Branding:
- Define and promote our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) across digital and offline channels.
- Create and manage branding content (social posts, employee stories, culture highlights).
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to showcase our work culture and tech expertise.
Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Represent the companys mission, values, and culture during all recruitment interactions.
Strategic Hiring:
- Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and define job requirements.
- Analyze hiring trends and data to refine and improve recruitment strategies.
- Contribute to retention strategies through pre- and post-hiring engagement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally within the IT services sector.
- Strong command of sourcing techniques, talent engagement strategies, and recruitment tools.
- Creative thinker with experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
