Job Description
Educational Background:A CA or CPA designation or equivalent professional accounting qualification
A minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience in fund accounting or related financial services, with a focus on hedge fund accounting
Managing and/or leading large teams for 2-3 year
sStrong leadership skills to effectively manage and mentor a team of professionals
Excellent communication skills for clear and concise reporting and stakeholder engagement
An innovative mindset to lead process improvements and implement automation solutions
Excellent analytical, problem solving skills with high degree of attention to detai
lStrong interpersonal and teamwork skill
