Job Description
Job Title: Domestic IT Recruiter
Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 15 years (can be adjusted)
Reporting To: Recruitment Manager / HR Lead
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Domestic IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment within the Indian market, specializing in sourcing and placing candidates across various IT and non-IT roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle for domestic staffing requirements.
- Source candidates from various channels including job portals (Naukri, Monster, Shine), LinkedIn, social media, internal database, and references.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates based on client/job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and ensure timely feedback.
- Negotiate salary expectations and notice periods with candidates.
- Follow up with candidates through offer, onboarding, and post-joining.
- Maintain and update daily/weekly recruitment trackers and reports.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Work closely with Account Managers and Delivery Leads to understand hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with internal hiring processes and documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR or related field preferred).
- 15 years of experience in domestic IT/non-IT recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing via Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of ATS/Recruitment CRM tools is a plus.
- Experience in handling contract and permanent staffing will be an advantage.
