Job Purpose This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.
NSB business is a new business formed recently which aims at serving as virtual Joint Venture between BFL & the partners. To support the business, we have set up an exclusive collections team which will help the NSB business to have the least NPA.
Duties and Responsibilities Able to hire/empanel the vendor/agency for the collection process at their respective location.
Have to manage the vendor/agency for collections.
Have to manage FOS for collection of used car product.
Good knowledge on processes involved towards repossession of used car product
Able to maintain the reports/tracker related to the allocation & collection records.
Need to interact with the customer for collection of amount.
Required Qualifications and Experience Years of Experience (Minimum & Maximum) Candidate must have minimum 12 to 18 months of experience Qualification / Specialization Graduation / others Expertise / Skills
Demonstrated success & achievement orientation.
Excellent communication skills.
Negotiation Skills
Strong bias for action & driving results in a high performance environment.
Excellent relationship skills.
Affirmative in nature, Clarity of thought and perseverance.
Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter.
Working knowledge of computers.
