DevOps Engineer (Azure and Openshift) @ FIS Global Business

Job Description

As a Devops Engineer/Infrastructure Engineer with 7-10 years of experience, you will be part of a dynamic team at FIS, working on cutting-edge financial services and technology solutions. Your role will involve deploying Java-based applications, troubleshooting issues, and utilizing industry-leading technologies to support FIS IT technologies. You will need to demonstrate proficient analytical and troubleshooting skills to creatively resolve problems. Additionally, you should have knowledge of change and release management principles, procedures, and techniques such as SDLC, ITIL, CI/CD, and DevOps. Experience in infrastructure and DevOps, along with working knowledge of Azure DevOps, Openshift, Terraform with Azure Kubernetes Services, and various operating systems, is essential for this role. Your responsibilities will include Java-based application deployment, managing maven dependencies, and ensuring smooth operations. You will work with technologies like Docker, GIT, Jenkins, Kubernetes, and the Atlassian Suite. Your expertise in change and release management practices will be crucial in this role.
