Job Description
- As a Key Account Manager at Quess IT Staffing, you will be a vital part of our team based in Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, or Hyderabad. Your main responsibilities will include developing and nurturing relationships with key clients, driving revenue growth, and surpassing set targets. You will be tasked with developing and implementing strategic account plans to attract new clients and expand business within existing accounts, specifically focusing on IT staffing and contract staffing solutions. Building enduring relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations will be crucial, as you identify and cater to their specific needs by offering customized staffing solutions that align with their business goals. Managing the entire client lifecycle, from initial contact through onboarding, account management, and contract renewals, will be under your purview. You will lead the negotiation process to secure profitable contracts, oversee project delivery to ensure client satisfaction, and continually stay abreast of the IT staffing market and competitor landscape. Your role will also involve managing and forecasting your Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility, thereby directly contributing to the regional sales strategies of the organization. Your qualifications should ideally include a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT staffing or a related field, a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, and a strong grasp of IT recruitment methodologies and best practices. It is essential that you possess exceptional client relationship management skills, effective communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is a must, and experience in contract staffing would be advantageous. A self-motivated individual with a results-oriented approach and a robust work ethic will thrive in this role. Desired skills for this position include experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, P&L management, a profound understanding of the IT industry and emerging trends, excellent time management, organizational skills, and occasional travel availability.
