Responsibilities

• Lead and manage healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with health regulations.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Coordinate with medical professionals to optimize service delivery and improve health outcomes.
• Monitor healthcare trends and adjust organizational practices to meet evolving industry standards.
• Manage budgets and financial resources to ensure sustainable operations within healthcare facilities.
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of healthcare staff.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Conduct regular evaluations of healthcare programs and services to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
• Proven experience in healthcare management or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in healthcare management software and data analysis tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Healthcare Manager, Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives) are a plu
