Job Description

Patient Care: Provide direct care to patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily activities.

Assessment: Conduct patient assessments, gather medical history, and report changes in condition to doctors.

Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records, document treatments, and update care plans.

Treatment Administration: Administer prescribed treatments, medications, and therapies as per physician orders.

Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about health conditions, medications, and post-care instructions.

Collaboration: Work closely with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to plan and deliver patient care.

Infection Control: Follow strict hygiene and infection control practices to ensure patient safety.

Emergency Response: Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care as needed.
