Ai Business Analyst @ Capgemini

Job Description

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on client engagement and P2P processes.
• Identify and document automation opportunities and capture testing scenarios & enablers and articulate them to the client for further analysis and documentation
• Collaborate with project team and support test planning and working on UAT with the client
• Plan, Design & drive workshops with client SMEs to understand the end to end process while identifying any automation blockers and the suitability of the process for automation
• Calculate automation efforts and estimate FTE benefit, Present and document summary of findings to the client and walk them through to-be design of the automated process
• Support weekly due diligence updates with the client
• Identify, anticipate and understand the risks, assumptions, and dependencies associated with the process
• Work closely with development team to ensure requirements are accurately mapped and suitable for development
• Monitor the benefits realized as part of the delivers and recommend optimizations to improve automation efficiencies
• Should have knowledge of Cloud environments (Azure/AWS)
• Should have knowledge about latest technologies including GenAi & Agentic Ai
• Should have working experience in AI/ML along with NLP projects
