Job Title: OpenStack Engineer / Cloud Operations Engineer

Experience: 3+ Years

Location: Noida

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and support production-grade OpenStack environments (Nova, Neutron, Glance, Keystone, Cinder, Horizon, etc.)
  
• Handle day-to-day operations: provisioning, system upgrades, patching, incident response, and troubleshooting
  
• Automate tasks and workflows using Ansible, Terraform, Bash, or Python
  
• Ensure system observability using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, or ELK Stack
  
• Maintain high availability, backup, and disaster recovery strategies
  
• Collaborate with DevOps, platform engineering, and network/security teams for seamless cloud operations
  
• Maintain documentation, playbooks, and runbooks for operations and incident response
  

Desired Skills:

• Strong knowledge of OpenStack Cloud Computing
  
• Experience in Linux administration and Shell Scripting
  
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools
  
• Hands-on knowledge of Monitoring Tools: Grafana, Prometheus, Zabbix, or ELK Stack
  
• Exposure to virtualization and infrastructure as code
