Role/Position:Junior QA Engineer(Salesforce)

Responsibilities:
- Should have experience in Profile and Role understanding.
- Should have experience in Salesforce Sales cycle
- Good knowledge on Organization Administration, Customization, Workflow, Process builder, Assignment rules, Escalation rules, Email templates, etc.
- Good to have Salesforce community experience.
- Strong knowledge of software QA processes and testing methodologies.
- Working closely with development teams to design, build and test applications
- Providing direction for system enhancements and defect fixes
- Prioritizing of critical deadlines and multi-tasking across projects
- Work with Salesforce Developers to communicate requirements
- Should have experience in agile methodology.
- Experience in writing test cases and scenarios that cover both sanity and in-depth testing
- Ability to work independently and be self-accountable to deliver a high level of performance
- Ability to manage workload efficiently
