Job Role: Technical Java Lead

Location: Navi Mumbai / Bangalore / Noida & Gurugram

Key Skills :

1. Strong hands-on experience Full Stack development Java microservices. Mobile app development experience is a big plus.
2. Strong systems design experience with DS/ Algo
3. Hands-on Java, Multi-threading Concurrency and Performance Tuning approaches.
4. Proven experience on Java Microservices Spring Boot, cloud native architectures and Kubernetes based architectures.
5. Strong systems design experience with DS/ Algo, strong knowledge in microservice architectures like SAGA,Event-Driven-Architecture,CQRS, Circuit Breaker,Aggregator, Asynchronous messaging, Distributed tracing
6. Knowledge of frameworks like apache spark is a big plus.
7. Led atleast one large scale project to delivery
8. Event-driven architectures Kafka, Orchestration and Choreography architectures
9. Focus on automations and CI/CD Devops based coding practice.
10. Setting up best practices for coding guidelines and reviews practices.
11. Awareness Android/iOS and/or NodeJs is a big plus
12. Led more than one large scale project to delivery.
13. Technology thought leader for a team of 10+ developers/ senior developers
14. Worked in complex environments liaising with various architects and technology boards
15. Building observability architectures for monitoring, service mesh etc.
