Desired Candidate Profile


Job Purpose: To manage the channel in order to generate sales and achieve the primary and secondary sales targets for the assigned territory. Work towards achieving the targets in terms of volume and product mix and credit control.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to achieve the sales target in his territory.
  • Ensure the effective enquiry monitoring system to track the prospective buyers and enhance the conversion rates.
  • Arrange promotional activities in the territory. Organize BTL activities and events.
  • Identify business opportunities and areas of concern.
  • Analyse the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) score, plan and implement the activities across the territory for improvement of the score.
  • Ensure mechanism for timely capturing and resolution of customer and dealer complaints, thereby enhancing quality of the selling process.
  • Ensure effective coordination with logistics team for adequate product stocks.
  • Interface daily for any kind of problem with their orders and update them on the latest promotional campaigns.
  • Prepare MIS for effective sales management and market trends.
  • Leverage on the profitable tie ups with the financial institutions to increase volumes.

Education:

UG:   B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization

PG:  MBA/PGDM - Marketing

Doctorate:  Doctorate Not Required
