Designation: End User Service - IT Support Analyst
Location: Noida (Sector 127)
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Technology or a related field preferred.
Experience: 2 to 5 years of work experience
Job Role: 6 months Only (On Randstad Payroll)

Basic Requirement:-
- 1) Candidate must be currently living/residing in Noida.
- 2) Must have his own transport and should be able to reach RMS office in Noida, Sector-127.
- 3) 2-4 yrs experience of working on Windows OS. Good to have knowledge of MacOS (High Sierra/Mojave).
- 4) Experience in OS installation over LAN. He/She will need to visit our office to re-image & configure laptops under guidance over phone/video call.
Skills Required:
- 1) Sound understanding of ITIL practices
- 2) ITIL v3 Foundation certified
- 3) Other certifications like A+, N+ and/or MCTS/MCITP.
- 4) 2-5 yrs experience of working on Windows OS. Good to have knowledge of MacOS (High Sierra/Mojave).

Responsibilities:
- 1) Act as first level contact point and deal with all incoming requests and incidents in a professional, courteous manner over the phone, via email, web submission and walk-ups.
- 2) Ability to liaise and communicate confidently and professionally with global end users, at all levels.
- 3) Take end-to-end ownership of incidents and see them through to closure.
- 4) Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles
- 5) Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows 10, MacOS (Sierra/High Sierra/Mojave), Office 365 & any other authorized desktop applications.
- 6) Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot printers, computer hardware (laptops/desktops) and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
- 7) Diagnose and quickly resolve a wide range of Windows applications and networking problems to help minimize downtime.
- 8) Strong knowledge of Windows 10, MacOS (preferred), O365, Active Directory, Zoom Audio/Video Collaboration.
- 9) Responsible for monitoring, operating, managing, troubleshooting and restoring service to any desktop/laptop that has authorized access to the network.
- 10) 1st/2nd level troubleshooting of network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment.
- 11) Identify & highlight trends by monitoring and analyzing incoming calls/tickets.
- 12) Responsible for tracking IT hardware inventory including desktops, laptops, monitors, mobile phones, Data cards, Desk phones etc.
- 13) Work with vendor support contacts to resolve technical issues within the desktop environment.
- 14) Escalate issues and involve experts wherever required in order to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
- 15) Work with other technology teams to identify/resolve root cause of frequently occurring issues.
- 16) Share best practices, process technical updates with other team members through
- 17) Document & maintain accurate & detailed records of work requests using Service Now.
- 18) Develop sound understanding of IT operations and related applications and IT systems as well as business related processes and procedures.
- 19) Develop technical knowledge of each system within company profile and specialized knowledge of certain nominated areas.
- 20) Maintain and consistently demonstrate a general knowledge of company guidelines, processes, practices and procedures.
