Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle international calls from clients across various countries, including UK and US.
Provide exceptional customer service to resolve customer queries and concerns.
Work on rotational shifts, including evenings (2:30 PM - 11:30 PM) and weekends.
Meet performance targets for quality, productivity, and sales metrics.
Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
