1. Recruitment & selection

2. Payroll administration & HRMS management

3. On boarding and induction

4. Handle employee engagement activities

5. Handle entire employee lifecycle

6. Manage core HR operations

7. Manage employee grievances

8. Maintain employee relations

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification -MBA in HR

2+ years of handling HR operations

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to analyse and interpret data
