Job Description: We are seeking a candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience working as Desktop support engineer to join our team in Baroda.

Requirements:

• Install/reinstall/troubleshoot Windows OS
• Support MS Office, antivirus, and mail clients
• Install/update drivers (VGA, LAN, etc.)
• Software usage support
• Troubleshoot printers and printing issues
• Update antivirus definitions, clean infected PCs
• Configure wireless for laptops/desktops
• Follow up for repairs/replacements
• Track vendor SLAs and escalations
