Job Description
Role: Java Lead (Crew Management)
Location: Hyderabad/Pune/Gr. Noida/Gurugram
Experience: 10+ years
Skills:
Mandatory: Java/J2EE Spring, Spring Boot, Git/SVN, Hibernate, Microservices, RESTful/SOAP APIs, Apache/Confluent Kafka knowledge
Mandatory: Domain knowledge in Airline Operations / Airport Operations / Flight Operations / Crew Management
Good to have: Node & React Framework, AWS/Azure, EKS, NewRelic
Minimum : 10+ years tech experience; 3 yrs. of hands-on tech design lead and programming experience.
- Collaborate with business users to understand and develop business requirements;
- analyze and translate business requirements into functional and non-functional technical requirements
- Evaluate and develop accurate timelines for tasks and projects based on complexity, resources, competing priorities and time required to complete.
- Identify testing scenarios and ensure they are covered by automated or manual test plans
- Design, develop, test, and deploy new and existing applications and configurations to satisfy defined requirements;
- ensure compliance with all testing, documentation, and change management requirements
- Develop and utilize quality control measures such as code reviews, automated and manual testing, and debugging procedures
- Develop and adhere to development standards that allow for the maintainability and testability of code in a manner that supports team development
- Troubleshoot technical issues, identify the cause, determine possible resolutions, and remediate issues in existing applications;
- analyze application performance and take actions to correct deficiencies.
- Familiar with the application development/support in cloud environment.
- Excellent communication skills and capable of managing work and time based on prioritized workload and deliver commitment in timely manner.
- Readiness to work in both development and support environment.
- Readiness to provide on-call support based on rostered days.
